Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are only applicable in cases of damage or incorrect product delivery.
Such issues must be reported on the same day of delivery via email or WhatsApp, with clear proof (photos/videos).
 Acceptance of return or replacement is solely at the discretion of the company, following internal assessment.
The company reserves full rights to reject any return/replacement claim not meeting the above conditions.

Refund Policy

 In rare, case-specific scenarios, a refund may be considered after complete internal assessment.
 Final decision rests solely with the company. No obligation of full or partial refund exists unless explicitly communicated in writing.
