By accessing or purchasing from www.beanine.in (or any affiliated platform), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all retail and wholesale transactions, including coffee products, equipment sales, and services.

1. Business Overview

 Beanine, operated by Verdant Luxe, is engaged in the sale of coffee products, equipment reselling, and related services both to retail (D2C) and wholesale (B2B) clients across India.

2. Orders, Payments & Processing

 - All orders (B2B and D2C) must be prepaid.
 - No orders are processed until full payment is received.
 - We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances.
 - All B2B orders are processed against invoice. No contract-based dealings unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

 - Orders are generally dispatched within 2–45 business days, depending on product availability and location.
 - Delivery timelines are indicative; delays due to logistics or third-party services will not be the liability of the company.
 - Any return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

 - Returns or replacements are only applicable in cases of damage or incorrect product delivery.
 - Such issues must be reported on the same day of delivery via email or WhatsApp, with clear proof (photos/videos).
 - Acceptance of return or replacement is solely at the discretion of the company, following internal assessment.
 - The company reserves full rights to reject any return/replacement claim not meeting the above conditions.

5. Refund Policy

 - Refunds are not offered by default.
 - In rare, case-specific scenarios, a refund may be considered after complete internal assessment.
 - Final decision rests solely with the company. No obligation of full or partial refund exists unless explicitly communicated in writing.

6. Product Warranty & Services

 - Coffee machines resold through Beanine may carry warranty policies offered by the original brand or dealer.
 - Warranty terms, coverage, and claims are subject to each brand’s individual terms.
 - Installation and service support is only available for machines/products directly sold by Beanine, and is applicable anywhere in India.

7. Use of Website & Data Privacy

 - Beanine collects and stores customer data, including contact information, purchase history, and interactions, for marketing and service improvement purposes.
 - By using our website, you consent to the potential use of cookies and data tracking technologies, depending on site optimization tools.
 - Your data will never be sold to third parties. It is used strictly for enhancing customer experience and communicating offers.

8. Intellectual Property

 All content on this website, including images, logos, product names, brand identities, and written material, are the intellectual property of Verdant Luxe (Beanine). Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

 - Verdant Luxe is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of its products, delays in delivery, or third-party service failures.
 - Liability in any event is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

 - All legal disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
 - Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation.

11. Changes to Terms

 Beanine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user or buyer to review them before any transaction.
